BIG NEWS!!

After 31 years at our Main St. location, we moved east down Main Street 2 blocks and around the corner to 15 Avenue B!!

The new store is in a remodeled EJ firehouse.  We have lots of new space for gamers and we'll be hosting art exhibits too. 

Our first exhibit is Digital Fractal design by Josh Perry.

We're open for business at the new location now!!

We carry all new releases, 1000's of used and rare books, and special editions not available in general bookstores.

     Comics    

We carry a complete line of Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image and independent comics including over 10,000 back issue comics. We even offer a subscription service so you never have to miss your favorites.  We'll pull them each week and hold them for you to pick  up at your convenience.

We also have lots of toys, posters, models, and other comic collectibles.

  CCG's, Role Playing and Wargames

The 'Cat  is also the Southern Tier's wargaming and Dungeons & Dragons headquarters. We carry a complete line of Magic: the Gathering cards as well as other popular collectible games like HeroClix and Axis and Allies. If we don't have the historical, role-playing or collectible card game you want in stock, we can special order practically any game or gaming supply.  We're also happy to provide gaming space for anyone wishing to get together with a few friends for some D&D, Magic or other game.  Just give us a call and tell us what you need!

Gamers are encouraged to set up regular play dates at the store. Many such groups meet at the 'Cat now. Call the store to see who's playing what and when!

We host Magic the Gathering, and HeroClix tournaments. Call the shop to find out what's coming up.  Some scheduled events are noted below.

We are always looking for game masters to run rpg sessions at the store. Call or stop in and we'll be happy to set something up for you.

New biweekly Magic the Gathering constructed deck tournaments have started.  They are every other Sunday afternoon. Call the store for the next tournament date.
